Description

A quick and delicious flatbread pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and aromatic basil.


Ingredients

  • 1 Naan Bread
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the Naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the Naan.
  4. Layer sliced mozzarella on the Naan.
  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic across the pizza.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
