- 8 Oreo cookies
- 4 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and add 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream for dipping.
- Make sure not to overfill the egg rolls to prevent them from bursting during cooking.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
