- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into knots.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
