- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each cup with the apple cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
- These bites can be served warm or chilled.
