Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Grease a loaf pan and layer the dough with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of melted butter.
