- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce for added flavor.
