Description

Apple Crisp Cheesecake Bars are a delicious dessert that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the crunchy topping of apple crisp, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
