Instructions
- Combine water and guar gum in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
- Add the sweetener and flavoring. Mix well with a spatula.
- Pour in food coloring, starting with a few drops. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Incorporate sprinkles or chocolate chips if desired, folding them gently into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a pot over medium heat, continuously stirring until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Knead gently until cool enough to handle.
- Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
