Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon guar gum or cornstarch
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (sugar, honey, or alternatives)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or flavoring of choice)
  • Food coloring
  • Sprinkles or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and guar gum in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Add the sweetener and flavoring. Mix well with a spatula.
  3. Pour in food coloring, starting with a few drops. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Incorporate sprinkles or chocolate chips if desired, folding them gently into the mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a pot over medium heat, continuously stirring until it thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Knead gently until cool enough to handle.
  7. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
