Description

Delicious chicken tenders coated in a sweet and savory blend of bacon and brown sugar, creating a crispy, caramelized exterior.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 oz thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the bacon into small pieces and mix with brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the melted butter, then coat with the bacon mixture.
  4. Arrange on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet for even cooking.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and caramelized.
  6. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy aioli.

Notes

For best results, use a wire rack to avoid sogginess. You can prep the chicken and bacon mixture a few hours in advance.
