Description

Crispy chicken tenders wrapped in bacon and coated in a sweet brown sugar glaze for a deliciously indulgent experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, overlapping the edges.
  4. Coat each wrapped tender in the brown sugar mixture.
  5. Arrange the wrapped tenders on a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the tenders cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Try air frying for a quicker alternative. Prep ahead by wrapping and coating, then refrigerate until ready to bake.
