- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Grease your baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss everything well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Press the grated Parmesan cheese into the chicken breasts for an even coating.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, tucking in the ends.
- Place wrapped chicken seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through and bacon is golden brown. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
