Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Grease your baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Toss everything well to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. Press the grated Parmesan cheese into the chicken breasts for an even coating.
  6. Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, tucking in the ends.
  7. Place wrapped chicken seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through and bacon is golden brown. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
  9. Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving; optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

Feel free to customize the recipe by using turkey bacon or substituting Parmesan with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free version.
