- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a trifle dish, layer ladyfinger cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding over the cookies.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the pudding.
- Add a layer of cranberry sauce followed by a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys with chocolate syrup.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Garnish with additional pecans and chocolate shavings before serving.
