- 200g feta cheese
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
