- 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the mozzarella sticks in half and wrap each half with a slice of ham.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each ham-wrapped mozzarella stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
