Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
