Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by the chicken, steamed vegetables, and a drizzle of Bang Bang sauce.
