Description

A quick and flavorful Bang Bang Salmon recipe that combines sweet, spicy, and savory elements for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (4, 6 oz each)
  • Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • Sriracha (2 tablespoons)
  • Honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Rice vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Green onions (2, thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent the salmon from sticking.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until the sauce has a smooth consistency. Stir in the sesame oil, and let the flavors meld.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. With the pastry brush, coat them generously with the Bang Bang sauce, ensuring both sides are well covered.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Keep an eye on it for caramelization.
  5. Once done, garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Prepare the Bang Bang sauce a day in advance for convenience. You can also cook using an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
