Description

A deliciously crispy salmon dish coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that balances heat and sweetness, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying (canola or vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Salmon into bite-sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the seasoned salmon chunks until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove from the pan and toss in the prepared sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro or sliced green onions.

Notes

Make the sauce ahead of time for convenience. Serve with jasmine rice or as an appetizer.
