- 1 lb Fresh Salmon, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying (canola or vegetable oil)
Instructions
- Cut the Salmon into bite-sized chunks and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the seasoned salmon chunks until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the pan and toss in the prepared sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro or sliced green onions.
Notes
Make the sauce ahead of time for convenience. Serve with jasmine rice or as an appetizer.
