Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl featuring crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce served over rice and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy.
  4. In a serving bowl, layer cooked rice, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
  5. Add the crispy shrimp on top and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
  • For a healthier option, bake the shrimp instead of frying.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like avocado or bell peppers.
