- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy.
- In a serving bowl, layer cooked rice, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
- Add the crispy shrimp on top and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a healthier option, bake the shrimp instead of frying.
