- 2 pounds beef brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
- Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
- Shred the brisket and mix it with barbecue sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of brisket on each slider bun.
- Add coleslaw on top if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight with the spice rub.
