  • 12 slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
  4. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with foil.
