Description

A delicious BBQ chicken flatbread topped with shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Top with shredded chicken evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and red onion.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Can use pulled pork or make it vegetarian with roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
