- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken evenly.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Can use pulled pork or make it vegetarian with roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
