Ingredients

  • 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 package of samosa wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded BBQ pulled chicken and smoked Gouda cheese until well combined.
  2. Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
