Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded BBQ pulled chicken
- 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 package of samosa wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded BBQ pulled chicken and smoked Gouda cheese until well combined.
- Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to ensure crispy samosas.
- You can bake the samosas at 400°F for 20-25 minutes for a healthier option.
