Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
