Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other ingredients like bell peppers or onions to the beef mixture.
- These breadsticks can be frozen before baking for later use.
