Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chia seeds and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries or add more ice.
- Feel free to substitute almond milk with any other milk of your choice.
