Description

A delightful cheesecake layered with creamy strawberry-infused filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Layer sliced strawberries on top.
  10. Drizzle the strawberry puree over the strawberries.
  11. Sprinkle crushed nuts if desired.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  13. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
