A delicious twist on the classic cheesesteak, featuring spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and shred it using two forks.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Combine the buffalo chicken with the sautéed vegetables.
- Fill each hoagie roll with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the filled rolls back on the grill or under a broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, add blue cheese crumbles on top.
- Can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
