Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and shred it using two forks.
  4. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  5. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  6. Combine the buffalo chicken with the sautéed vegetables.
