Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens (spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers.
  2. Crumble the goat cheese over the top.
  3. Add the avocado and toasted nuts to the bowl.
