Delicious Big Mac Wraps bring the flavors of a classic burger into a convenient and satisfying wrap, complemented by a homemade special sauce.

- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and let them soften. Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of the special sauce in the center. Add shredded lettuce, cooked beef mixture, and cheese. (Optional: add dill pickle slices).
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from bottom to top. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make the special sauce and beef ahead of time for quick assembly later. Air frying or baking can add a crisp finish to the wraps.
