Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries and cooked sausage.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
