- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the bacon: Cook the smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then place it on paper towels to drain excess grease before chopping it into small pieces.
- Combine fresh ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped broccoli, crispy bacon, slivers of red onion, and sliced almonds.
- Create the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Toss it all together: Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture, and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Notes
