  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with blue cheese crumbles if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
