Deliciously creamy butter pecan cheesecake bars with a buttery crust and a rich pecan topping.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, and heavy cream.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use toasted pecans.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- These bars can be frozen for up to 3 months.
