Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; mix well and layer over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, and chopped nuts (if using) with melted butter to create the crumble topping.
  8. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
