- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In another bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; mix well and layer over the cheesecake mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, and chopped nuts (if using) with melted butter to create the crumble topping.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
- Let the cheesecake chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Can be topped with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
