A rich and decadent dessert combining creamy cheesecake, caramel, pecans, and a chocolate crust, perfect for special occasions.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
- Top with additional caramel and pecans before serving for presentation.
