Description

Deliciously sweet and salty Christmas cookies made with Ritz crackers, caramel, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup of caramel candies
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place a layer of Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
  4. Melt the caramel candies in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted caramel over the Ritz crackers.
  6. Top with another Ritz cracker to create a sandwich.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the sandwiches.
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  9. Let cool until the chocolate hardens.
