Description
Deliciously sweet and salty Christmas cookies made with Ritz crackers, caramel, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box of Ritz crackers
- 1 cup of caramel candies
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place a layer of Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
- Melt the caramel candies in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramel over the Ritz crackers.
- Top with another Ritz cracker to create a sandwich.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the sandwiches.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Let cool until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or sprinkles for extra flavor and decoration.
