Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
- If using, drizzle honey over the Brussels sprouts before serving.
