Description

Delightful, savory beef and gooey cheddar encased in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for game nights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, adding garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain any excess fat and mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and spoon the beef mixture into the center.
  5. Fold and pinch the edges to seal each bomb, placing them seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley; brush mixture over each bomb.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Assemble in advance and store in the fridge, or freeze for later. Customize with different cheeses or by adding jalapeños.
