  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles until melted and combined.
  4. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
