- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles until melted and combined.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
