- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a skillet.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
