Portable and delicious Cheesy Beef Bombs with a crispy exterior and gooey center, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted into the beef mixture.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange the sealed balls seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Whisk together melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley; brush over each beef bomb.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Consider making ahead of time and refrigerating before baking. You can also add extra cheese or diced vegetables for variation.
