- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned, draining excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted into the beef mixture.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle and seal tightly.
- Arrange the sealed balls seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Whisk together melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley; brush over each beef bomb.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Consider making ahead of time and refrigerating before baking. You can also add extra cheese or diced vegetables for variation.
