- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef.
- Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle cheese on one half.
- Add a portion of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- In the same skillet, cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and cut into sticks.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
