Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef.
  2. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and mix well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle cheese on one half.
  5. Add a portion of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
  6. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. In the same skillet, cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from skillet and cut into sticks.
  10. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
