Description

A comforting and delicious casserole made with chicken, broccoli, and rice, topped with melted cheese for a delightful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
