- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier version, you can use brown rice instead of white rice.
- Feel free to add cooked chicken or other vegetables for extra flavor.
