Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
