Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional spices: Paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the heated oil for about a minute until aromatic.
  3. Mix in the shredded chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  4. Construct the wraps by placing a scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of a lettuce leaf or tortilla.
  5. Add mozzarella generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Wrap each one tightly to secure the filling.

Notes
