- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a cruffin shape.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
