- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
- Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or a pocket.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
