- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
- Cut the pizza dough into squares, about 2 inches on each side.
- Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the surface to prevent sticking.
- Take a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the center of each dough square.
- Add a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
- Dust with garlic powder and dried oregano.
- Fold the corners of each dough square in toward the center, sealing the filling inside.
- Roll each dough ball between your hands to seal and shape.
- Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
