- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
