Description

Delicious and easy-to-make cheesy pepperoni pizza roll-ups that are perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
