- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced olives (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions to prepare the beef mixture.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each triangle, then top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
- Fold the dough over to form pockets and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Place the pockets on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
